Thank you for shopping with item West. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, we are here to assist. Customers can return products and receive a refund for any unused products returned in good condition. Cut extrusion or fully assembled products are not eligible for returns unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
Any returns requested after 15 days are subject to a restocking fee. Additionally, returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
To request a return please contact customer service at 844-828-WEST (9378) or initiate a return online by going to My account and selecting the invoice associated with your order.
Once you've found the invoice associated with your order just click "Return Order", you will then be take to the Request Return screen. You will then select the part (or parts) you would like to return.
You must select a Return Reason for each product you are returning. If you select the "Incorrect Product Received" or "Product was Received Damaged" options please attach a photo along with your request.
After you have filled out all required information and attached any needed photos or files click on "Complete Return Request", and you will then receive a confirmation email indicating that your return is processing.
Once your return has been accepted and verified you will receive another email with shipping instructions. If the parts you are returning are due to an item West error, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for your use. If the reason for return is not due to an item West error the original shipping charges will not be refunded and you will not receive a prepaid label. If possible please return your order in the original packaging. If not possible please make sure to repackage your return with appropriate packing materials to ensure your return arrives safely and free of damage. Please include a copy of your RMA with your return and write your RMA number on the outside of the packaging.

Once your return arrives at our facility it will be inspected and counted before a credit is issued. An item West representative will reach out to you if there are any questions or concerns with your return. Parts that have been used are not eligible for return or credit. Credit will be applied to your original payment method or if applicable, an exchange will initiated.
